This past weekend we went on a little shopping trip. Don’t worry; I won’t bore you with any supermarket tales that involve old ladies or over ripe melons. We’d like to share with you some quick shopping notes that may help you create a sustainable Thanksgiving.
The goal: This year, all of our daily schedules are hectic. To minimize holiday stress we sought out eco-friendly disposable ware (plates, cups, napkins etc.) that would also look stylish on our Thanksgiving table.
Here is what we found: (click on photo to enlarge)
We fell “in like” with the entire line of “earth friendly “products at Party City, and was impressed with their Eco Party collection that uses water based ink, 100% recycled paper with 50% post consumer content. We also found a paper table cover 54in.X 102in. for $3.80 and an Eco party bamboo fiber chip and dip tray for $9.99.
As consumers one of our goals at Your Everyday Lifestyle is to support those companies who are making an effort to create a healthier environment for all the earths residents without compromising the quality and reliability of their products.
Hopefully this information has been helpful and is setting you on your way to designing a sustainable holiday. We are very excited and can’t wait to share our Thanksgiving with you!
